PAYMENT TERMS

General
Once a contract/ agreement has been signed by both parties Connect2Experience will send an invoice with immediate due date to the given billing address for the attention of the given budget holder. Invoices are payable within 30 days of that date.

For Coaching your Personal Leadership:
Once a coach is selected and initial free consultation has taken place, a proposal for the agreed number of coaching sessions will be sent for approval and purchase order number (if required) to be allocated. An invoice will be issued with immediate due date for 50% of the agreed rate based on the number of sessions agreed, and the remaining 50% will be invoiced at the end of the coaching period with immediate due date. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the due date.

For Develop your Team activities:
After initial free consultation and once a proposal has been made and agreed for a team development coaching process or intervention, a purchase order number (if applicable) will be requested. An invoice will be issued with immediate due date for 50% of the agreed amount, and the remaining 50% will be invoiced at the end of the team’s coaching/intervention period with immediate due date. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the due date.

For Share your Challenge Customised Activities:
A consultation approach will lead to a proposal which once accepted will be submitted for a purchase order number (if required). Dependent on the scope and duration of the project, invoicing will be made according to an agreed schedule of phases and deliverables.  Invoices are payable within 30 days of the due date.

All invoices subject to 21% BTW

VALIDITY
Proposals are valid for 21 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise indicated. These terms and conditions shall form the sole basis of the contract between the parties notwithstanding anything to the contrary stated in the client’s terms and conditions of business, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

General
Cancellation fees are incurred when:

  • Cancellation is within 5 working days prior to the start date of any planned activity- 100%
  • Cancellation is within 6-15 working days prior to the start date of any module: 50%
  • Cancellation is within 17- 25 working days: 25%
  • Cancellation is within more than 26 working days: no charge 

For Individual Coaching
Cancellation fees are incurred when:

  • Cancellation is within 24 hours of the start date of a planned session: 100%
  • Cancellation is within 25 – 48 hours of the start of a planned session: 50%
  • Cancellation is 3 days or more prior to a planned session: no charge

Should a whole coaching intervention be cancelled the same fees apply as in section General 

For Develop your Team Activities and Customised Activities
Dependent on the amount of work done, once a proposal has been accepted, cancellation fees are liable according to the conditions below.
Fees will be incurred as follows when cancellation is:

  • Within 5 days of the start of a specific phase or delivery:100% for that phase
  • Within 6 –30 days of the start of a specific phase or delivery: 50% for that phase
  • Within 30 – 60 days of the start of a specific phase or delivery: 25% for that phase
  • Beyond 60 or more days: no charge

If a whole Develop your Team or Customised intervention is cancelled fees incurred will be:

  • Within 5 days of the start of the whole programme or agreed implementation plan start: 100% of agreed total costs
  • Within 6 –30 days of the start of the whole programme or agreed implementation plan start: 50% of agreed total costs
  • Within 30 – 60 days of the start of the whole programme or agreed implementation plan start: 25% of agreed total costs
  • Beyond 60 days of the start of the whole programme: no charge
