Connect2Experience is fully committed to protect your privacy, and we will only ask for your personal data when necessary to enable you to make use of our services. You can visit most pages on our website (www.connect2experience.com) without needing to provide any personal data. Detailed below is a clear explanation of our data processing and storage policy and practices.
About Us
Connect2experience is a consultancy, coaching and personal development provider working from a base in the Eindhoven area of the Netherlands. We do this by offering one-to-one coaching for private individuals and through company generated requests, and customised in-house learning interventions for clients when requested. The name Connect2Experience is the trading name for two collaborating partners: Argo Novis and The Learning Partnership (details attached below).
Aim and foundation for processing personal data
To process requested assignments, deal with enquiries, to keep you informed about things like new offerings, events and opportunities, we need to have and make use of your personal data. Whilst providing such personal data is voluntary, if not provided this may impact the level of service we aim to ensure. We respect your privacy as a client and /or website user and are committed to protecting your personal data and information according to the applicable law. All information provided by you will be held in the strictest confidence.
Scope and acceptance of this Privacy Policy
Connect2Experience’s Privacy Policy, indicated as the ‘Policy’ describes how and what type of personal data will be collected from users of the Connect2Experience website and the purposes for which we may collect, share or disclose personal data.
Connect2Experience collects and processes personal data only with permission of the person involved to execute coaching or deliver the requirements of specific contracts with clients including the execution of related legal requirements.
For these purposes the following personal data will be processed and stored by Connect2Experience:
- Family and first names, title, gender (optional), date of birth (optional)
- Complete address (may be company address)
- Phone number and email addresses
- Job title, company and work location
- Bank account data
- Billing address
- Any other relevant data to support your enquiry or subscription
All or any of these data will be used for:
- Processing invoices and payments
- Creating participant group lists
- To facilitate contact with you as a client to offer services and organise the execution of the contract including scheduling of meetings, activities and other appointments
- To facilitate sending information by email including newsletters, blogs and whitepapers/articles, personal coaching summaries, and (digital) psychometric reports
- To complete the hours of coaching log for our practitioners as part of their ongoing professional development
By using our website or by giving us your personal data in any other way you accept and therefore give permission for the collecting and processing of your personal data as described in this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not share any personal data with us. This Policy applies to any information obtained by us through your usage of the Connect2Experience website, including the use of electronic forms obtained by this web site. It is not applicable to any websites controlled by third parties not affiliated with Connect2Experience that may be referred to. Please review the privacy statements of each of these third party’s sites independently, we are not responsible nor can we influence their policies and practices. Connect2Experience reserves the right to make amendments to this Policy at any time and therefore we encourage you to regularly review this Policy to make sure you are aware of any changes as to how your personal data may be used.
Connect2Experience does not and will not sell any data to third parties and will only share personal data with third parties in the instances shown below and when requested due to legal requirements including tax regulations, or when any individual requests (confirmed in writing) that we transfer their own data to a third party. To fulfil our business requirements we may formally engage contractors to provide services on our behalf which may mean they need access to your personal data in the course of providing these services. Contractors formally engaged by Connect2Experience will be compliant with all aspects of the Policy.
Therefore, we may disclose your personal data as follows:
- to a third party in the event of any reorganisation, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings).

- to respond to requests from public and government authorities, including public and government authorities outside your country of residence;
- to enforce our terms and conditions;
- to protect our operations or those of any of our affiliates;

- to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain; and
- if we reasonably believe that an emergency involving an immediate danger of death or serious physical injury to any person requires immediate disclosure of communications or your Personal Information exists.
To respond to information requests, information you submit (including any personal information) may be shared with Connect2Experience’s partners/associates and transferred, for the purposes of facilitation of development activities and coaching.
Use of Automated decision making/Cookies
No automated decision making will be used or supported. We do not use cookies on our website.
Secure and safe storage of personal data
Connect2Experience will take care to store all personal data safely and securely in line with relevant legal requirements and directives. All personal data will not be kept stored longer than strictly necessary according to legal requirements including tax-law regulations. Personal data obtained for the execution of any contract including individual coaching will be stored no longer than 7 years after completion of the contract or coaching.
Your privacy rights
For the purposes of inspection, and subject to applicable law, you are entitled to have access to your personal data and you are also entitled to request correction, blocking of incorrect data or deletion of your data any time. You can also appeal against the usage of your personal data. Should you wish to know what personal data has been collected and processed by Connect2Experience you can ask via a written request for access to these data. This request will be processed within 4 weeks. You can submit your request as follows to:

All personal and confidential data processed and stored by Connect2Experience is done so according to the ‘Algemene Verordening Persoonsgegevens’ (AVG), see the link attached below[1]. Should you for any reason wish to file a complaint, this should be sent to the national (Dutch) regulator monitoring the execution of the General Data Protection Regulation[2] (GDPR).
