“Try not to become a man of success. Rather become a man of value” - Albert Einstein

Mentoring

Mentoring is one of the simple ways we can give something back to others and become a man or woman of value. Helping others to find their way and navigate their life and career is usually very rewarding, and therefore a win-win.

One of the ideas we often suggest to people we coach is to look for a mentor, but what is a mentor and how do you find the right one? How does mentoring differ from coaching? And how do you as a leader prepare yourself to mentor others?

All of these and other questions are answered in our Mentoring Workshops. We will take you on a short journey (max 1 day) to discover more about Mentoring, and to enable you to practice the skills required in a safe environment, with rich feedback loops built into the process so you can immediately apply your learning.

We’ll explain how to set up Mentoring rings (mentoring more than one person at a time) and how to conclude mentoring relationships. And if you want to consider setting up a Mentoring or Coaching Pool in your organisation we can also give some guidance, based on experience of having successfully set these up.
