My Coaching Path
You can subscribe to a series of 4 to 8 individual coaching sessions, with typically 4 weeks in between. As a preparation, your personal C2E coach will have an in-take session with you.
We align the dates and time slots of the coaching sessions with you. The hourly rate for our coaching sessions depends on the career phase you are in.

My Peer Connections
The MPC programme spans a period of 9-12 weeks with 2 group sessions of 7 hours incl. lunch breaks, and 2 group sessions of 4 hours each.
The rate for the total of 4 peer coaching sessions and pre-work, covering a total time of 3 days is € 1.650,00 ex BTW.
This also includes materials, 2 x lunches, and refreshments.
The My Peer Connections programme is open for subscription on an individual basis and is also delivered in-company with optional customization to the company’s context and needs.

My Leadership Journey
The MLJ program spans a period of 15-18 weeks in total, which is phased as follows:
- Preparation material sent 5 weeks before programme start
- 1st coaching session and Module 1
- Peer coaching, 2nd coaching session and Module 2
- Final Coaching session and development planning
The MLJ programme is open for subscription on an individual basis and is also delivered in-company with optional customization to the company’s context and needs.
For the total of 4 full day learning sessions, 6 additional personal coaching hours, the intake, pre-work and course materials, lunches, and refreshments:
€ 2.375,00 ex BTW.
