2)    We focus on working mainly with local medium size organisations and less on global giants, and because we know budgets are often stretched, we keep our rates competitive and overheads low.

3)    We also work as associates and coaches for other consultancies and organisations, so through those networks we can scale up if needed, and likewise when we need a specific expertise that we don’t have we can also bring in the appropriate expert from our network.
